Many job seekers are afraid to answer this question, “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” This is because an answer that is inconsistent with the current position could disqualify them. You want to show employers that you have a plan for what you see yourself doing over the next five years. But at the same time, who wants to be doing the same thing for the next five years? The best and safest way to answer this question should be based on the logical progression of the position you are interviewing for

That way you’re showing them you want to do the current job at hand, but as you get better at it, you would like to take on more responsibility and grow in that position.

Hi, I’m Don Georgevich and I’m going to help you ace your next job interview. I’ve been teaching job seekers how to interview better and smarter for nearly 20 years. My sole purpose is to help you impress interviewers and succeed in the interview while being 100% authentic. I want to be your guide to help you find your next job.
